• Source tenants and ensure that they sign binding contracts.

• Ensure compliance in rent payments as per tenancy agreement.

• Ensure timely payment of utility bills.

• Ensures provisions of essential services on behalf of the landlord/landlady.

• Deals effectively with rent defaulters thereby reducing the possibility of rent arrears.

• Regular inspection of the property to ensure it remains in good and tenantable condition.
• Attending to the tenant’s complaints relating to the property.

• Ensuring the premises are re-let whenever they fall vacant.

• Review the rent from time to time in conjunction with our client to ensure the rent payable is within the market level.

• Engage any necessary staff, on behalf of the landlord/landlady i.e. cleaners, guards, caretaker etc.

• To pay land rates, ground rent, insurance and any other outgoings from the rent proceeds with the landlord/landlady approval.
